Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dalemistudio.com.

Please include:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

Return Authorization

Do not return any products without prior authorization from Dalemi Studio.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Professional Use

All products sold by Dalemi Studio are intended for licensed or professionally trained lash and brow artists. We are not responsible for product misuse, improper application, allergic reactions, or results caused by incorrect use.

Products do not include instructions or technical support unless specifically stated. By purchasing from Dalemi Studio, you acknowledge that you have the appropriate training to safely use these professional products.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or modified.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@dalemistudio.com. If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an approved return is required due to our error, Dalemi Studio will provide return instructions. Do not ship products back without authorization.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
