Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total, and your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment.

To provide a relaxing experience for all clients and because space is limited, please come alone unless someone is assisting you.

No. Appointments are required for all services, including same-day appointments. If availability allows, you can book online as little as one hour before your desired appointment time.

Avoid wearing eye makeup, waterproof mascara, or heavy skincare around the eyes on the day of your appointment. If you're getting a lash lift, avoid using a lash curler beforehand. Following the pre-appointment instructions helps achieve the best possible results.

Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are final sale and no refunds will be given. If you have any concerns about your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can determine if an adjustment is needed.

Most lash lifts last 6–8+ weeks, while brow laminations typically last 4–6 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare.

Please let us know before your appointment if you have any known allergies, sensitive skin, or previous reactions to beauty products. A patch test may be recommended.

Clients under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian complete a consent form before receiving services.
