ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 5 PM CST or over the weekend are shipped the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship via USPS International Flat Rate ($45). Delivery typically takes 6–18 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Please note: Customs inspections or import delays may extend this timeframe. We recommend tracking your shipment regularly or contacting your local postal carrier once it arrives in your country.

How long does shipping take within the U.S.?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate ($10) and usually arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at dalemistudio@outlook.com. Once a label is printed, we cannot change the shipping address.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Dalemi Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’re marked as “Delivered” by USPS.
If this happens, please contact USPS directly to file a missing mail claim. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.


PRODUCTS

Are your products for professionals only?
Yes — all products sold by Dalemi Studio are for licensed or professionally trained lash and brow artists only.

Do your products come with instructions?
No. Products do not include usage instructions, guidance, or tutorials unless printed directly on the brand’s packaging.
Dalemi Studio and Mimi do not provide product guidance, training, or technical support outside of official courses. Please only purchase if you are professionally trained to use these products safely.

Can I get product advice or help with application?
We’re unable to offer individual support or application guidance. For training and education, we recommend enrolling in our Korean Lash Lift Mastery Courses.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Many of the Korean lash lift products we carry are cruelty-free, but ingredients vary by brand.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for more details.


COURSES & EDUCATION

What’s the difference between Online and In-Person training?
Both courses cover the same professional-level Korean Lash Lift techniques.

  • Online Training is conducted via Zoom, where you’ll perform a live model session with real-time feedback.

  • In-Person Training is held at Dalemi Studio (Springdale, AR) and includes hands-on learning and in-studio experience.

Do I need a license to take your course?
Yes. We recommend that students hold an active esthetics or cosmetology license (or be currently enrolled in a licensed beauty program) to legally perform lash services in their state or country.

Do I receive a certificate?
Yes! Upon completion of your training, you’ll receive a Dalemi Studio Certificate of Completion recognizing your advanced understanding of the Korean Lash Lift technique.

Will I get lifetime support after the course?
Yes — all students receive lifetime mentorship and ongoing support after completing their course. You’ll also get access to student resources and product discounts.

Can I refund or reschedule a class?
Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased or booked.
If you need to reschedule a training, please contact us at least 7 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Where is Dalemi Studio based?
We’re located in Springdale, Arkansas (USA) — offering in-person services and training at our private studio.
