Processing & Shipping Times

Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day.

Weekend orders (Saturday–Sunday) will be processed and shipped the following Monday or next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Shipping at a cost of $10.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS service delays (especially during holidays or severe weather).

Dalemi Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to USPS. Please contact USPS directly for delivery updates using your tracking number.
International Shipping
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped DDU/DAP (Delivered at Place). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the courier upon delivery.
DALEMI Studio does not control and is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or fees assessed by your local customs authority.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If an international shipment is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees, duties, or local regulations, the order will not be refunded.
Professional Use Disclaimer
Products sold by DALEMI Studio are intended for professional use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with their local regulations before purchase.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, DALEMI Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier handling. Shipping insurance is recommended for international orders.
Order Accuracy & Address Information

Please ensure all shipping details (name, address, contact information) are accurate and complete before checkout.

Dalemi Studio is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Dalemi Studio is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact USPS first to file a missing mail or damage claim.

We’re happy to help you with documentation or carrier contact information if needed, but we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.
Preorders & Backordered Items

Orders containing preorder or backordered items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
