Thank you for shopping with Dalemi Studio. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day.

  • Weekend orders (Saturday–Sunday) will be processed and shipped the following Monday or next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Shipping at a cost of $10.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS service delays (especially during holidays or severe weather).

  • Dalemi Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to USPS. Please contact USPS directly for delivery updates using your tracking number.


International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via USPS International Flat Rate at a cost of $45.

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–18 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Please note that customs processing or import inspections may cause additional delays.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Dalemi Studio is not responsible for delays, holds, or rejections caused by customs authorities.

  • Tracking updates for international orders may take several days to appear after the package leaves the U.S. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly or contacting your local postal carrier for updates once the parcel arrives in your country.

Order Accuracy & Address Information

  • Please ensure all shipping details (name, address, contact information) are accurate and complete before checkout.

  • Dalemi Studio is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped and you notice an error, contact us immediately at dalemistudio@outlook.com to update your information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Dalemi Studio is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact USPS first to file a missing mail or damage claim.

  • We’re happy to help you with documentation or carrier contact information if needed, but we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.

Preorders & Backordered Items

  • Orders containing preorder or backordered items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted.

  • If you would like in-stock items to ship first, please place a separate order.

Policy Updates

Dalemi Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
