REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with DALEMI Studio. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality products and educational materials. Due to the professional nature of our beauty products and training offerings, please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to hygiene, safety, and professional-use regulations, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Lash and brow products

  • Tools, accessories, or supplies

  • Training kits or manuals

  • Digital products or educational materials

This policy ensures product integrity and guarantees that all customers receive brand-new, unused items.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To request a replacement or store credit, please email dalemistudio@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and original packaging

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
Refunds are not provided for damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or storage conditions outside of our control.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international sales are final.

DALEMI Studio is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays or inspections

  • Duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes

  • Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees

  • Delays caused by local postal services

Orders refused, delayed, or returned due to customs regulations or unpaid fees are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or credits.


TRAINING COURSES & EDUCATION

All course purchases (online and in-person) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In-Person Training

  • Seats are reserved specifically for each student

  • Payments and deposits are final

  • One reschedule may be requested with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability

Online Courses & Digital Education

  • Access to digital content cannot be revoked once granted

  • All digital sales are final

No refunds will be issued for missed classes, failure to attend, or scheduling conflicts.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, you must contact dalemistudio@outlook.comimmediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

DALEMI Studio is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, or applicable courier) to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information or supporting documentation upon request.

Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a damaged or defective item claim is approved, a replacement of the same product will be shipped when available. If the item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.


POLICY ENFORCEMENT

DALEMI Studio reserves the right to deny any return, replacement, or refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

We also reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
