Thank you for shopping with Dalemi Studio. Every order is handled with care to ensure you receive only the highest-quality products and training materials. Because of the nature of our beauty products and educational materials, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any lash or brow products, tools, accessories, or training materials. This policy helps maintain product integrity and ensures that all customers receive brand-new, unopened items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
To process a replacement or store credit, you must:

Email dalemistudio@outlook.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Keep all original packaging until your claim is reviewed.
Once approved, a replacement or credit will be issued at our discretion. Dalemi Studio does not issue refunds for damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or storage conditions outside our control.
Training Courses
All course purchases (online or in-person) are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased or booked.

For in-person classes, your seat is reserved specifically for you; therefore, payments and deposits are final.

For online courses, access to materials, videos, or mentorship cannot be revoked once granted, which makes all digital sales final.
If you need to reschedule your class, contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate one reschedule based on availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been processed or shipped. If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please reach out immediately at dalemistudio@outlook.com before your order is fulfilled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dalemi Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Customers must contact the carrier (USPS or applicable courier) directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist you with documentation or tracking details if needed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If an exception is approved for a damaged or defective item, a replacement of the same product will be shipped when available.
Policy Enforcement
Dalemi Studio reserves the right to deny any return or replacement request that does not meet the requirements stated above. We also reserve the right to update or modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time without notice.
