How the Training Works:

Format:
Live virtual group training via Zoom

Duration:
4-5 hours + feedback & coaching Zoom call ~1 hour

Start Time:
10:00 AM (CST)

Live Training (Zoom): 
You’ll join a small group session where Mimi will guide you through a full live demonstration, along with detailed teaching on technique, product knowledge, lash health, and customization. This is a focused, high-value learning environment where you can ask questions and gain real clarity.

Independent Model Practice: 
Within 2–4 days after the training, you’ll complete a lash lift on your own model. This allows you to apply what you’ve learned at your own pace, without the pressure of performing live on camera.

Mandatory Work Submission:
To ensure proper evaluation and growth, students are required to submit their work for review. This includes:

• Clear before and after photos
• Close-up photos of lash placement and final result
• A short summary of your process (timing, rod choice, challenges, etc.)

Detailed Critique & Feedback:
Once your work is submitted, you’ll receive personalized, in-depth feedback from Mimi. Every critique is focused on refining your technique, correcting mistakes, and helping you achieve consistent, high-quality results.

Follow-Up Coaching Call (Included):
After you’ve completed a few models and gained more hands-on experience, you’ll receive a complimentary Zoom call with Mimi. During this session, your work will be reviewed together, and you’ll get clear guidance on what to adjust, improve, and refine moving forward
